  • Develop library and foundation boards
  • Develop and write policies, grants, reports, needs assessments, and other products for your library

Coaching

Coaching improves individual and team performance and makes work more engaging and meaningful to individuals in the workplace. This improves the performance of the organization as a whole. I will assist your organization in these ways:
  • Assess the appropriateness of coaching in a situation, for an individual, a team or workgroup.
  • Coach individuals or teams, short-term to long-term
  • Speak with key staff about coaching as a strategy for
    • improving performance and achieving organizational excellence
  • Develop coaching capability in your organization
